Great! Not too fluffy-I like a thinner pancake. I added cinnamon and used coconut milk plus a quarter cup almond milk. Also used less sugar.

I used almond milk instead of milk. I added chocolate chips to some and blueberries to others. I will be making theses again.

My husband loved this recipe. I have always made pancakes from scratch as I’m not a fan of boxed anything. These were the lightest fluffiest pancakes I have made in a long time.

not bad. Kid approved. i had to make a double batch, couldnt find the electric mixer so did it by hand. foegot to put the olive oil in, put it in half way through the sitting and added more time. my kids and i like them.

The flavor was good but a heavy batter made them thick. I cut the recipe in half and my ingredients may not of been accurate to cause this affect. I will make them again :)

Too dense for my taste. Flavor is good overall. I used butter to cook, could have done without the oil made the batter close to cornbread consistency.
