  • 125 grams self raising flour
  • 40 grams caster sugar (1 ½oz)
  • 1 eggs (medium Size, beaten)
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate spread
  • mini marshmallows (Selection of favourite sweets eg., smarties, flake)

    Directions

    1. Mix the flour and sugar. Make a well in the centre and stir in the egg and milk.
    2. Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan and place the pan over a moderate heat.
    3. Drop the mixture in large spoonfuls onto the hot frying pan.
    4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles rise to the surface of the pancake, then turn over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes on the other side.
    5. Allow the pancakes to cool slightly, then spread with the chocolate spread.
