    It was very good but a bit too much red pepper for me. My husband disagrees suggest you modify for the spiciness you prefer

    Made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I had really ripe plumb tomatoes and cut them in a large dice. The sauce was awesome and finishing off the codfish in the oven was a nice touch, it barely browned on the top and looked so yummy. I may have cooked the sauce a little too much so I added some water and it was great. Family called it "a keeper".

    This dish turned out fantastic!! The flavours blended beautifully. I also add some shrimp to go with the fish. A Very worthy dish to serve company.

    Followed this recipe to the T and loved it! Perfect blend of flavors. I substituted the Cod for Tilapia and it was still amazing. This recipe is a keeper!
