  • 1 rib eye steak
  • 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

    Directions

    1. Start by rubbing your Olive Oil over both sides of the steak. Then cover each side with a generous amount of Salt & Pepper.
    2. Drizzle some more Olive Oil into a heated pan and let it come up to temperature where the Oil starts to separate. Once your pan is ready, place your steak into it and fry each side for about 3 minutes per side. Also this depends on how you like your steak cooked in the first place. This recipe was catered towards a medium/well.
