    Awesome quick delicious meal. Used soft corn tortillas and some cheese so hubby would eat. Tomorrow's leftovers as lettuce wrap

    Very good! I put it on a bed of baby spinach, cut up some avocado on the side, and drizzled with paleo ranch. Very tasty and easy

    kids didnt like it as much as i would have hoped. but it was good
    So tasty! Had a little spice and I topped mine on salad while my family topped it on rice. Will definitely make this again!

    This was so good! I was a little worried I’d get push back from the monsters and their leader but no one seemed to notice the veggies diced into the meat I used a pita to hold everything for them & I ate it over spinach. I did add some home made salsa for kick and some humillan sea salt.

    Really liked the flavor of the meat & veggies together. I cooked the veggies separate, added the tomatoes to the meat, and then combined. I also used 1-1/2 zucchini & pepper, instead of 2.

    Very tasty. Keep in mind when it says large pan GET A HUGE PAN. Mine was busting out. Next time I'll have to do a separate pan to cook the beef and the veggies...recombine at the end.

    Delicious! But I had to modify it because I’m on keto diet. Reduced carbs by eliminating peppers, onions, zucchini. Made homemade taco seasoning

    When I mentioned Paleo to my husband he cringed, but this is really, really good! It was easy, too. Great for lunches later this week
