    Recipe sucked. Entire batch went in the trash. 14.00 dollars worth of almond flour down the drain; will not try to make again.

    These were super easy to make but once cooked I couldn’t really taste the lemon much. It’s a great basic scone dough - I’m just going to make a few tiny tweaks next time. (More lemon juice, maybe a touch of coconut sugar.)

    Turned out delicious even though I used regular lemons instead of Meyer lemons. I'll have to try it with Meyer lemons next time to see if it makes a difference.
