  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt (beaten)
  • 3 onion (chopped medium size chopped)
  • 1 garlic (crushed medium size)
  • 2 inches ginger (crushed piece)
  • coriander leaves (Fresh, for garnish)
  • salt (to taste)
  • chilli powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seed (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed (powder)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

    Directions

    1. Mix together all spices and make two portions.
    2. Fry onion in oil till golden brown.
    3. Separate fried onion from oil , cool and grind.
