Yum! I had to substitute ketchup for tamerind but it was excellent. I used some chunky peanut butter in the absence of roasted peanuts. The lime wedges are critical and should not be omitted or substituted.

Very nice, I didn’t have garlic chives. Next time I am going to add spring onion.
Simple and delicious, the secret of a good pad thai is definetly the sauce.

Wow! I had my doubts a recipe so simple would taste so close to my favorite Thai take out, but it was. Amazing and delicious. Give it a try. Unbelieveable! My husband and teenage daughter agreed and loved it too. I'll definitely be making this dish again and again.
