    Absolutely gorgeous! Seemed scary at first for me (I really don’t cook much), but it’s more prep than anything, easy cook! This is a great dish!

    I had over cooked the nooodles which didn't help, and I also did not make the full recipe since I don't eat tofu. But overall was good, needed a bit more of a sweet taste though
