  • 1 tablespoon fried shallots (crispy, available from asian stores)
  • 1 handful fresh herbs (I used basil and parsley, leaves picked)
  • 100 grams glass noodles (bean thread vermicelli)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
