Where i come from, a “crepe” made with 5 eggs and a bit of flour is called an omelette! Just sayin. 😬 I halved all ingredients (two eggs one egg white) as I was only cooking for one. Turned out ok but definitely not crepe taste or texture. Not bad with some almond butter and maple syrup
