Easy & delicious! I rubbed oil on both sides and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder, adding fresh minced garlic to one side. Tasty!

I’ve made many variations of this dish. You can use any seasoning you wish. I’ve used Montreal chicken, and Montreal steak seasoning even Old El Paso taco seasoning.

I make this all the time, I use coconut oil instead of olive oil and it give it a great flavor, I bet sesame oil would be good too!
