Very yummy! I ate the whole zucchini by myself!

It was really delicious. I had a medium size home grown zucchini and I went through the original breading recipe very quickly. I prepared another batch and went through all of that. My recommendation would be to double the breading- including double the garlic. Thank you for a great recipe....

Not very good. My slices were too thick

It turned out really well. I loved it and Ik Noah would love it. It definitely has a kick. I left out the bread crumbs because we didn’t have any and I don’t feel like we are missing them. Next time I make these I’ll probably double the batch but not the cayenne.

I've made this recipe many times for many people and everybody who has tried it has loved it. I cannot recommend this recipe enough! It is simple and delicious! I definitely recommend using Panko over regular breadcrumbs, though.

I have made this several times I think it’s my favorite because I can change it a little I have found adding more cayenne and garlic powder is better flavor i dredged in milk & eggs (egg beaters) skipping flour first. I cut no more than 1/2 inch than thick flavor and baked on a raised sheet so I didn’t have to turn them so baked 25 min at 425

Excellent zucchini side dish. Great way to get the whole family some extra veggies I doubled the recipe & believe I might quadruple it next time because we enjoyed these so much

Breading will not stick
These are really tasty. The hard part, though, is getting the zucchini sliced correctly. I either made the slices to thin or too thick. However, they were still good.
Great healthy eating option in order to cut calories.

❤️❤️❤️these definitely cut the zucchini slices thin
My partner loved them but I was not a fan at all sadly.

The result is too much work to be worth the actual trouble. The tip is to not get your Panko or bread crumbs to be too moist while breading. Absolutely horrid.

Taking Cayenne out too spicy

Everybody love it! Even my 7 year old love them and she's very picky with veggies

Very nice would definitely make them again

Not a fan. The breaded topping was good but the zucchini was very soggy. I made a lot and ended up throwing it out
Shanon 7 Nov 2017
Delish! Thank goodness

Turned out very good but I had to change a couple things. I had to make the breadcrumb mixture twice beacause the recipe wasn’t enough. And I had to cook it a lot shorter. 10 minutes one side and 5 minutes the other side. Other than having to tweak it a little, it turned out good.

bread crumbs didnt stick to the zucchini at all, what a pain!
Joyce 27 Sep 2017
The mix wouldn't stick to the zucchini and fell off when I turned it over. And they got burned!!

Turned out great! Simple and fulfilling. Some complained about saltiness, but for folks like us who like savory flavors, this was ideal.

Tasty! I'd make again-,easy:-)

It's too salty if you "salt to taste." Like so many recipes, you need to look for the hidden salt before adding any more. Usually this salt will come in the form of cheese, especially hard cheeses like Parmesan, bacon, seafood, sauces, and canned soups, meats and vegetables. In this case, the cheeses are salty enough.
