Great! I added fresh ginger to the marinade/rub and pan fried potatoes, carrots and onions in meat dripping, then added green beans and peas.

Regular family favourite now

Really good kids liked it, author is correct I wish I had some lighter soy sauce, the darker one kind of overpowered everything else in the marinade. But definitely will make again.

Not sure if I got the temps wrong but it ended up a bit overdone. Glaze was lovely on the potatoes so will definitely give it another go.

Great glaze. I did the pork chops for 5 minutes less which turned out well, and served with roasted veg in with the potatoes.

Pretty good, careful not to over cook chops bearing in mind the 3-6min grilling at the end

Delicious! I added paprika to the pork before putting the sauce over top (I use it on everything), but it all worked out well. I would even lower the temp to 375F and cook the pork a bit longer to get a good slow bake. But otherwise perfect!
