a bit dry. strange mix of spices
    Lynnette 6 months ago
Ummm, the chicken was not dry but I doubled the recipe because I was meal prepping and let’s just say, if you do this don’t double the cumin because it turned out very cumin heavy. It was also spicy (according to my son) so if you don’t like spice don’t double the chili powder. I will reuse this recipe and adjust it accordingly in the future.

Didn’t care much for the rub. Would probably be better shredded and put on a taco.

A different taste, but was very good! Also, it helps to turn the oven on before putting it in!
    Andrew Paxton 2 years ago
Awesome flavor but didn’t crisp up like in the picture. I had to put it under the broiler. The rub was outstanding
