    Ummm, the chicken was not dry but I doubled the recipe because I was meal prepping and let’s just say, if you do this don’t double the cumin because it turned out very cumin heavy. It was also spicy (according to my son) so if you don’t like spice don’t double the chili powder. I will reuse this recipe and adjust it accordingly in the future.

    Awesome flavor but didn’t crisp up like in the picture. I had to put it under the broiler. The rub was outstanding
