  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces snap peas (frozen, thawed, drained)
  • 10 ounces baby carrots (frozen deluxe, thawed, drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups instant brown rice (MINUTE)
