  • 150 grams butter (softened a little)
  • 50 grams icing sugar (sifted)
  • 1 egg yolk (about 22g)
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 30 grams cocoa powder (I used valrhona cocoa powder)
  • 1/2 tablespoon orange zest (from 2 oranges)
  • 170 grams cocoa powder (and less, to 20g if you're afraid too much cocoa powder will gives a bitter taste to the cookies.)
