    Directions

    2. Place the sifted flour, baking powder, salt, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.

    I tried this recipe and something is off. The flour amount can not be correct. It calls for 120 grams of flour which is only 1 cup. It was very loose and liquid. When I made it from the recipe it came out flat because there was not enough flour. I would like to make it again when the recipe is updated.
