  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 6 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or brown sugar, use brown sugar substitute for lower carb)
  • 4 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemongrass (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. sesame (or peanut oil)

    Its an amazing dish and make it quite often once you have done it few times its so easy and iv always got store cupboard ingrediants and i love peanuts👍
