    Very versatile recipe! Used a bag of frozen stir fry veggies instead. Used farfalle pasta noodles. Used 1/3 fat cream cheese instead of cream. Used red Dwine instead of white. Delicious!!

    Loved this recipe! I eat alotttt of pasta. Was more than enough to use 16oz of penne pasta.

    I used an entire 16oz package of pasta and there was still enough sauce to cover it all, and I added spinach and mushrooms as well for some more veggies, with a dash of truffle powder and paprika. Sooo good!

    Absolutely splendid. I used vodka sauce and still added the heavy cream along with a cabrenet Sauvignon. Hubby wanted seconds. Took the advice and used 9ounces pasta and added prepared Italian style spinach. Definitely putting this up there high in the rotation! No need to add any seasoning after the sausage was browned. Salt, pepper, garlic and hot pepper to sausage was suffice. Not a salty household.

    Overall, it was pretty good, a bit too garlicky for my taste, but I enjoyed it enough to give it another try just with half the garlic

    this was a quick and easy dish. instead of ground sausage i used smoked kielbasa sausage, rotini noodles and ragu pasta sauce with chopped onion and seasonings. had to work with what i had so i had to imorovise....was a hit!
