  • 900 milliliters salt (Campbell's No Added, or Low Sodium Chicken Broth)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 pound fusilli pasta (dried)
  • 1 red bell pepper (large, roughly chopped into 1" cubed pieces)
