Very nice meal. Fed my whole family with some leftovers. I added more Italian seasonings and parmesan cheese than the recipe calls for. might also work with pasta instead of the rice. The heavy cream and the cheese are what makes this dish so good. Otherwise it would be kind of flat.

Ok so I liked it in general and the convenience of just using one pot is great BUT rice was very undercooked and the broth was a bit much. In general I'd probably leave it cooking longer.

Turned out great!! Family loved it and will defintely make again. I added extra parmesan. Next time will use baby bella mushrooms for better texture but the recipe is a keeper!

The flavor was amazing. However, It was pretty runny. Maybe not so much broth next time. And I will probably add spinach next time as well. I added more seasoning and made the rice on the side.

Way too much broth. i followed the recipe to a T and it was drowning in broth, need only 1 or 1.5 cups. rice was undercooked
