This was very tasty, but I was glad listed to my husband & added cooked rice instead of raw, because he had bad results in the past with having hard rice as an end result. Not the healthiest meal but hearty & yummy.

This recipe did not work. The rice was completely uncooked after preparing it as instructed. I tried cooking it for approximately 20 minutes longer and although the final product tasted ok, the rice was still hard and raw. These instructions should be revised.

It turned out good. But, next time I will use a red onion vs. yellow. Yes, I would make it again. Thanks Yummly!
