    I've been making this cake for 3 years now and we all love it! I started making it when I had some stomach problems and it was perfect for me because of it's velvety texture which resembles pudding.I like the fact that it's made with olive oil and has just a minimum quantity of flour. Now, I just keep on making it because it tastes awesome !

    I didn't have a cake tin, so I'm not sure if it turned out the way the recipe meant it to... I used 2 pie tins and half the recipe in each tin. Turned out a little too sweet for my taste and also a little too mushy. I probably needed more volume, hence the suggested cake tin in the recipe.
