  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 4 parsley sprigs (chopped)
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 100 grams bacon (cut in thin strips)
  • 500 grams cooked octopus
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 beer (mini)
  • salt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. In a saucepan, over medium heat in little olive oil, add the onion, garlic, parsley, pepper, and bacon. Season with salt to taste.
    2. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
    3. Add octopus, tomato paste, and curry. Stir very well.
