a bit hard, i would prefer them softer, specially if you wanna keep them fresh for long, on taste i would add more vanille next time.

I love these thin crispy cookies! You cannot just eat just one as I found out when I made them for a party. Now I have to make double batches.

I added chocolate chips to it but tasted delicious nonetheless!

This recipe was delicious! The second time I made them I added cinnamon and dried cherries. They were a treat both ways!

A bit bland for my palette. Adding about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon helps give it that spice I was looking for.

Awesome recipe. I made this recipe the first time as directed by the instructions, the second time I added semi-sweet chocolate chips and was equally amazing. Just depends on who your making them for and what they like. They came out a little crispy but still warm and soft on the inside and the sea salt hit the spot!

Easy to make, excellent crunch to them. I put salt on top as requested and liked the extra salty flavour
