  • 100 grams oats
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 70 grams brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 60 milliliters vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 grams cranberries

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, yeast, oat flakes, and cranberries. Make a well in the center of the mixture and add the egg. Mix the milk and the oil in gradually. Once the mixture is smooth, stop stirring. Pour the batter into a muffin pan or small paper baking cups (reinforced to prevent collapse under the weight of the dough). Bake for about 20 minutes.
