    This garlic naan is simple to make and delicious. It's great because you can make naan from scratch without much effort.

    in uk i just used self raising flour , fat free yoghurt and salt as main ingredients. left to rise then shape, fried in low fat spray and they puffrd up, before i turned then i sprinkled minced garlic and more buttery low fat spray they were perfect. you could add anything at this point instead of garlic or adapt to what you like....
