    this was heaven on a plate, first time id made cheesecake using condensed milk and i was really happy with final result, it was refreshingly lemony not too much to clench the jaws but enough to give a really good flavour. think next time I'll use chocolate digestives for the base and drizzle some melted chocolate over the top for extra flavour and decoration
