  • 500 grams biscuits (plain sweet, – I use Granita but you can use Graham Crackers, or gluten free shortbread)
  • 200 grams butter (melted)
  • 250 grams cream cheese (blocks, – room temperature)
  • 395 grams sweetened condensed milk (tins)
  • 150 milliliters juice
  • 4 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar (or to taste- Mixed together till dissolved)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream (approximately of, or sour cream would be great too)
  • 1 cup papaya (chopped)
