    Covering in the chocolate as described is very fiddly and getting a crisp finish as described needs more chocolate than the recipe states. Tastes delicious but didn't look half as good as the picture (when does it ever?). I would say to make twice as many balls as the recipe is intended for as the balls I created where too big.
