  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 red pepper (finely chopped, a jalapeno or a cayenne)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 cinammon (small, stick)
  • 1/2 can kidney beans
  • 1/2 can corn
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic and red pepper for a minute or two. When ready add the cinammon stick.
    2. Add the beef and fry until it gets some color.
    3. Add the tomatoes, a bit of water and salt and pepper to taste.
