Simply amazing!!! This was sooo good! It was easy to make and all loved it! I didn't make enough!! I used green lentils and spinach instead of kale, since that's what we had already. I also added some oregano to the mushrooms before adding the coconut milk, etc.

Beautiful. So easy to make and will definitely make again. I used tinned lentils and a tin of chickpeas so no water needed just the coconut milk I used spinach instead of kale as we don’t like kale we had it with rice and I love having leftovers to eat up! I also added a little cumin and some fresh thyme which I love with mushrooms. Hubby enjoyed it too.

Made this today, doubled the whole recipie and made a few tiny substitutions, very very easy to make, highly recommend! I didnt have black lentils so used 50/50 green and brown and also added a veggie stock cube before seasoning to boost the flavour. Also used spinach instead of kale. Lots of other reviews said it was too runny so I halved the water and the coconut milk (dont forget a lot of moisture comes out the mushrooms too!) and its still wet, but now its exactly like the photo!! Tastes amazing! Just made this a second time and added some oregano/thyme - nope just not as good, will stick to just a few stock cubes next time, works way better with the coconut/mushroom/lentil flavour

Very nice, I used cumin and some fresh chilli. I think it should have more then 100gr of lentils otherwise it’s too runny. Will do it again!

this recipe was ok. i found that you do have to be patient while the water reduces. i added a few extra lentils to help with that. not the most flavorful in my opinion but reheated ok for multiple meals.

Amazing and very different to standard recipes. Add water as you go as could end up runny and I put a bit of Dijon mustard in

Delicious! Used baby spinach instead of kale and it seemed to work well.

Delicious dish. If you're an amateur cooker like me; don't add more liquid to cover the ingredients at first or it will turn out a bit watery. Looking forward to making it again.
