    This was simple and flavorful. I added thyme with the broth. Next time I'll add more mushrooms and less broth so it'll be thicker.

    Love this recipe but I started to change to my taste I add another clove of garlic and more mushrooms then before I blitz the soup I remove some of the mushrooms to put back in with the cream
