    This is a fantastic sandwich. I used a rosemary sourdough bread. I also spread avocado on both slices of bread. A new family favorite.

    I made this and it’s was great! I added pesto to mine and for my non-vegetarian friend I added smoked turkey and bacon. It was a HUGE hit! The one thing I’d add is to eat soon after making otherwise mozzarella makes the bread soggy.
