    I let out the egg and went with Aleppo chili and a harissa rub - per Finn Ross’ comment. Loved it.

    Yum! Skip the egg and use Harisa rub instead of cinnamon. If you have any left over lamb gray or stock throw it in and cook the meat for a little longer.

    Absolutely delicious, I did everything to the recipe apart from I don’t salt my aubergines I just slice them and steam them for 10 minuets
