    Made it per recipe except used chicken stock. Absolutely delicious. Served it with a side salad of rocket and baby spinach

    Absolutely delicious, I did everything to the recipe apart from I don’t salt my aubergines I just slice them and steam them for 10 minuets

    Very easy but think I need to cut the aubergines thinner. The sauce was very tasty.
