    I’ve been doing this for years, except I do this ratio: 3 tbsp room temp water, 2 tbsp ACV, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp each of cinnamon, turmeric and ginger, and 1/2 tbsp of local honey. It feels great! Do twice a day for maximum impact.

    I was anxious about how this drink would taste, to my surprise, it was good! I added a pinch of black pepper to give the turmeric a boost.
    This was delicious!! I was out of lemons so used an orange instead and was a little nervous but it tasted great!

    Loved it ! Would recommend you add black pepper to your recipe because turmeric needs pepper to activate it

    The taste of the Apple cider of not the best but the Limon helps a lot. o used honey instead of syrup. I like it!

    I use the vinegar ,water and lemon juice, swallow a turmeric capsule which contains ginger and pepperine . con use the sweetener, but I don't need the extra carbs . Especially for a diabetic.
