Everything was great except for the meat. Either i read it wrong, cooked it too long or it was written down incorrectly. I'll take the blame the meat part. i threw it away and started over...yes, it was that bad!!! 😄 I would definitely try this again but I would read the cooking the meat oart better. My husband and daughter loved it! I think I'll add more hot peppers in there. We like it a bit more spicy!

In college so dont have a huge budget but it is still great even if you have to compromise with cheaper quality ingredients. Would totally recommmend to everyone

Very good! Definitely follow the direction of using low sodium soya sauce though. I did not and although it was really tasty, it was very salty

Very good and easy Will definately make again However, too much brown sugar and thickened the sauce with cornstarch But i dont really get what the cornstarch on the meat is for...

very good i used the basic ingredients for sauce but seasoned to my taste the beef probably should be marinated the night before to make it tender and more flavorful

Sauce didn't thicken. Tasted ok.

This will be my go to for Ramen/Lo Mein. The flavor was right on and it was quick and easy. I added shiitake mushrooms and some bok choy, I also used frozen Ramen noodles cooked al dente, when stirred into the sauce, it thicken it and sauce coated noodles nicely

Second time I’ve made this recipe, and I absolutely love it. The sauce is so flavorful, and the fillings are so versatile. I’ve made it with both beef and pork, and also switched up the veggies a bit. The only thing I’ve done differently is add a little corn starch to the sauce after about ten minutes of it simmering and reducing, to thicken it up a little bit more. 10/10 will make again, and again.

This came out fantastic! Meat was perfect, sauce was so flavorful! I bought quick/easy ramen noodles to serve with it. I also added sautéed white onions. It made about 7 servings altogether. Yummmmy!

It's good- taste exactly like authentic Mongolian food. Used (about twice the amount of) rice noodles, instead of the ramen noodles. There is a lot of sauce. Think it would be good with more added vegetables as well.

delicious, but need to tone down the brown sugar
David Charles 25 Nov 2018
Outstanding will definitely make again
Eve King 18 Nov 2018
very good, next time im gonna jazz it up with a few more veg but aside from that it was great
Ashley G. 16 Nov 2018
I didn’t use as much oil to cook the meat & I added more ramen.
Suleyman 15 Nov 2018
wonderful one of the most authentic tasting Mongolian dishes ive ever tasted. easy enough to make everyone loved it
Erica Loberg 8 Nov 2018
Loved this! As a beginner, I would never try making this on my own, but with help it turned out really well. Takes a decent amount of ingredients and time, but absolutely worth it. (Vegetable oil instead of sesame oil was perfectly fine.)

A little sweet but overall was pretty good. If your child is a picky eater they might not like the sauce.

family enjoyed every bite. just too good

Tastes great easy to make
Subashish 27 Oct 2018
I overcooked the flank steak a little and used Soba noodles instead of ramen. Tastes good still. Planning to try again with ramen noodles.
Craig Howlett 24 Oct 2018
Okay Easy to make, Bit stodgy, but probably my error. Used egg noodles, Need to make again Tasty though, family lapped it up.
David 23 Oct 2018
It was too sweet, will definetly use half of the directed brown sugar. Otherwise, pretty good. May use about 2/3rds the soy sauce reccomended
Fokke Dekker 22 Oct 2018
To salty if you use so much soy sauce
Jordan 14 Oct 2018
tasted great. added cornstarch to the sauce because it never thickened.
Jeremiah Spencer 13 Oct 2018
I over cooked the noodles i think, to squishy for my taste. I should have drained them sooner before adding them to the sauce. It was delicious though!!
David Rutherford 10 Oct 2018
It was quite nice, nothing special but would do again. Simple
Landa 9 Oct 2018
Loved this recipe and it was super easy! Needed to add a bit more noodles at the end to help soak up all the sauce. So yum!!!
K&A Jueneman 25 Sep 2018
So good!! Make sure to avoid overcooking the noodles and I also suggest adding cornstarch to the sauce to help thicken it up (it never did on its own).
Michael Cheong 17 Sep 2018
This was super simply me to make and my family loved it. My wife won’t eat the beef... so more for me!!!
