    Reduced brown sugar by half, added more cabbage and red bell pepper. Easy and delightful.

    It was a bit sweet for our tastes, but had a good balance of flavor with the ginger and garlic. Next time I’ll follow the tip to cook the beef less (med rare) in the first step. The time they suggested made the beef a bit tough. We added three times the green onion and some cabbage and my husband said he would still like more green onion in it.

    Very good! I added more vegetables and therefore needed a little bit more sauce so I put some hoisin sauce in it. Super good flavor and would make it again!

    Very easy and SOOOOO VERY good!!!! Wonderful sauce that isn’t overly rich like some Mongolian Beef sauces. Definitely recommend and for sure will be making it again and again

    definitely too salty, honestly just use less soy sauce. otherwise it was really good, would make again with adjustments

    I used 3lbs of sirloin - I doubled the sauce - next time I’ll use just a little less brown sugar. I also added raw broccoli to the sauce to cook. Came out delicious- served over white rice.

    Really nice bit salty Would add some more pepper and red pepper flakes and a bit more sweetness (maybe honey)
