  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 0.5 kilograms pork loin (cubed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 handful chestnuts (cooked)
  • 16 prunes (seeded)
  • 8 ounces wine (moscatel)
  • 2 pinches fresh thyme
