  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin (grass fed beef, I use Great Lakes)
  • 1/4 cup hot water (from when you boiled squash/pumpkin)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
