Quite tasty and easy to make, but I felt like they could have a bit more flavour and kick. I added cilantro for a more Mexican taste, and spinach to make them fuller. Will definitely make again!

I made these with half-sized tortillas rather than whole, so they made a nice lunch-sized serving. I didn't add the jalepeño peppers - it was very light but very good!

I'm giving it four stars only because I Strayed from the recipe a bit. I made it with guac ( avocado, lime juice, cilantro, red onions, tomatoes, salt, pepper) then put it in a sandwich press but it was just as good as is!! Definitely adding this to my favorite recipes!

Turned out so delicious! I added some tomato and they were amazing. So good and super easy to make. I love them for lunch in the summer.
