This was very tasty! The zucchini was cooked just right, tender but not soggy! And I love the taste fresh cilantro adds! Definitely a good meal to help you get your veggies from! My friends & I did add some cooked ground beef but it would have been fine without it as well. I will definitely cook this again!

It was very easy and didn't took long to make. Also you don't end up with a lot of dishes to make. I also used ground beef. I just put it in the pan, before the onions and pepper

I made these exactly how the recipe said and they turned our great. I didn't add as much cheese but that didn't affect the taste. Super delicious and healthy. I high recommend!
