The meat was lovely I put my own ingredients in as well but I’m not a fan of the peppers but I’ll definitely be making that meat again

I swap out white rice with brown - my peppers must be small, was able to fill another one. Great recipe that I often make - also have left overs that I freeze. Yum!

This was very easy and delicious. I made it with ground beef, as that was what I had on hand. I definitely will make it again.

Delicious! I didn't have any marinara on hand, so I just gave the baking dish a shot of baking spray, and the peppers still turned out perfectly. I would also probably cook the rice first, since the short-grain sticky rice I have on hand did not quite cook all the way.

My husband loved the first time I made this. This second time I will cook the rice instead of using uncooked rice. I used more marinara sauce then recipe asks for. I also had more stuffing then for just 4 bell peppers. The peppers came out so tender.

Two things about this really stood out as needing work, but is otherwise a fantastic recipe. The spices are not strong enough. It needs more in quantity and variety. I'm gonna use a packet or two of taco seasoning next time. Also, use a can of enchilada sauce on the bottom of the pan instead of marinara sauce. It helps to keep the flavors consistent. The peppers came out nice and tender and there was plenty of stuffing! Gonna make it again with those changes sometime.

My husband liked this recipe overall. He didn't care for the ground turkey so I'm making it again tonight with lean groung beef.

I made this recipe for two and it came out very well. I will keep the recipe for later. I will spice it up a little, but not make any other changes. This is the first from Yummly; printing could be made easier by a proficient programmer.
