    I liked this a lot but for my personal taste i would cut down on the cumin another time. It’s a flavour I find can be a little overpowering. I’m using it as a basic, excellently tasty, beef mince recipe. I am going to use it in more than one way. Definitely one to repeat.

    i made this and added 100g of mozerella cheese. it was awesome and stretchy. also added some grinded fresh parsley for added aroma. and corriander seeds.

    A doddle to put together and comes tasting as if it has been slow cooked for hours.Found I did not need quite as much powdered spices as suggested and if you do, leaves a strange texture on the tongue. A great midweek meal, often appears on our plates!
