  • 1 carrot (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (sliced into small pieces)
  • 1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
  • 3 black olives (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup beef (Veggie, I used Mexican flavour ground "beef" by Yves, but you can use any other brand like Smart Ground, TVP, textured vegetable protein or crumbled tofu, seitan, tempeh...etc and flavour with Mexican Seasoning*)
  • raisins (Handful of Thompson)
  • roasted sunflower seeds (Handful of, unsalted)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • cayenne
  • taco seasoning
  • Mexican seasoning
  • garlic
  • onion
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • celery seed
  • oregano
  • 1 package firm silken tofu (Make sure it is silken!)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (/Honey/Sweetener)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (+ Onion Powder, Optional)
