I was nervous about how this would come out! I made this recipe in a 12X8 pan instead of 8X8, baked it for 40 minutes, and this came out amazing! Fresh blueberries are recommended, enjoy!

I really was not interested in whipping the egg whites, but I'm glad I stuck it out. This cake was so light and fluffy and the flavor was amazing. Just right and a nice change from your typical cakes. This would be great for brunch, but we actually had it as a dinner party dessert and everyone raved about it.

My husband’s family really enjoyed this recipe! I thought it was delicious too. I doubled it to fit a 13x9 pan and everything turned out great. I just had to tweak the lemon glaze a bit (added a little more sugar to the mixture and also sprinkled some extra sugar on top) Yummy!

Moist and delicious, it tastes like muffins from a bakery! Wonderful, fool proof cake. (I am the fool, you see, I was baking potatoes at the same time and took them out and I must have turned off the oven... the middle wasn't done! So I turned the oven back on and estimated 15 more minutes baking time lost.) Thank you so very much for this recipe!

Super yummy! I made this for a holiday, and was asked for the recipe. I wouldn't change anything about this recipe. Can't wait to make this again!!
