  • 100 grams salmon
  • 100 grams haddock
  • 100 grams smoked cod
  • 100 grams chick peas
  • 300 grams vine ripened tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
  • 250 grams potatoes (white fluffy, maris pipers are perfect)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 red chilli (chopped)
  • 1 orange pepper (chopped)
  • 1 white onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon (unwaxed)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped)
