    Not too sweet, beautiful in appearance, and tastes like matcha! I don't know if it was because I added too much gelatin, but like Japanese purin, it was thicker than Western pudding. I actually liked it that way. The matcha didn't mix well enough although I boiled it for quite some time, and eventually sunk to the bottom. However, the remaining, slightly green pudding tasted strongly of matcha anyway. Very, very good! Love matcha.
