    Delicious! Ran out of almond milk so I used coconut milk to make a full cup. Added two big ripe peaches fresh from the market. Didn't need to grate the ginger, just threw it in the rest of the ingredients. Smoothie is not overly sweet, just a hint to make it a pleasant drink. I wanted it colder so next I will need to allow for a quick chill time in the freezer to make it a refreshing summer drink. Thank you for the recipe.
